Our process:
Following first contact, we arrange to meet you and see your project, we provide a baseline quote within 24hrs and if you are interested, we will follow up with a detailed Devis within 7 days.
Once a signed Devis is received, we allocate time in our calendar for your project. If requested we send over designs for your project and maintain engagement throughout.
We request a 30% deposit of the full Devis 7 working days prior to the start of the work.
Our goal is to ensure that each project is finished in one go, allowing for sufficient time frames to deliver quality results. This dedicated approach helps us maintain high standards and meet your expectations effectively.
Once the work is completed to the clients satisfaction, a facture will be issued for the remaining balance, due within 5 working days. Once payment is received, the client will receive a signed facture and a copy of our Assurance Decennale.
